While RITEKG05 is a very popular and well supported media, this drive offers only 2X recording speed, which is quite unacceptable by todays standards, so a firmware update is badly needed from Panasonic, but not currently available. The quality seems to be quite decent though, with slighly increased PIF and a slight jump of the graphs at the end of the disc. Pure data:
