For some reason there some odd PIF spikes through the first 1/3 of the disc. They do not seem to affect readability, and are very narrow spikes, but the fact is that they shouldn't be there. Strangely enough they occur in the beginning of the disc and not at the end, where the recording speed is exceeding media's speed certification at 20x. Verbatim has changed their branding a bit. This media is sold as "Matt Silver" and the typical "DataLifePlus" etc. have been removed from the product name. Based on MID MCC 03RG20 however, this is identical media to previous "DataLifePlus" or "AdvancedAZO+" discs. Pure data:
